Damages and Issues
We take pride in ensuring your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the situation and resolve it.
How to proceed:
- Email us at saddogclub@gmail.com or fill out the contact form on our website.
- If the issue qualifies, we will provide a return label for a refund or exchange.
Items must be returned in new condition to be eligible for resolution.
Wrong Shipping Address Provided
If you enter incorrect shipping information and the package is returned to us:
- You are responsible for all shipping fees, including the cost of the return to sender and reshipping.
- Alternatively, you can request a refund. However, shipping and return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.
Items must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
Wrong Size Ordered
If you accidentally order the wrong size, you may exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.
Conditions:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and the shipping fees for the new size.
- Items must be unopened to qualify for an exchange.
