Shipping policy
Orders are shipped once a week on Mondays. For shipments within the U.S., delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, occasional delays may occur due to the nature of our small operation. Thank you for your patience and understanding! ❤️
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provide incorrect shipping information and the package is returned to us:
- You are responsible for all shipping fees, including the cost of the return to sender and the cost of reshipping.
- Alternatively, you may request a refund. However, shipping and return-to-sender fees will be deducted from your refund.
Items must remain unopened to qualify for a refund or reshipment.
International Shipments
International orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, or customs fees, depending on the policies of the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If such fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, we can refund the order minus all shipping and return-to-sender fees.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to our small operation, we can only process returns and size exchanges for U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery on a case-by-case basis.
We provide detailed size charts for each item to help you make the best choice before ordering. If you proceed with a return or size exchange, the following conditions apply:
- Items must be new, unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (free of pet hair, debris, or signs of use).
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A $5 USD restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
For exchanges, you will also need to pay for shipping the new size. Exchanges are only available while supplies last.

Exclusions:
- International orders are excluded from returns and exchanges due to shipping and customs complexities.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
How to proceed:
- Email us at saddogclub@gmail.com with your order number and details about the issue.
- If eligible, we will provide a return label for a refund or exchange.
Items must be new and unworn to qualify for resolution.
Wrong Size Ordered
If you accidentally order the wrong size:
- You can exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, shipping fees for the new size, and a $5 restocking fee.
Items must remain unworn and in their original packaging.
Exclusions:
- International orders are excluded due to the cost of international shipping and customs processes.
Address Change Requests
If you need to correct your shipping address after placing an order, email us at saddogclub@gmail.com as soon as possible. While we will do our best to update your address before shipping, we cannot guarantee changes will be made in time.
